All of our positions are remote, which means you can work wherever and whenever you want! (In fact, founder Sarah Chrisp can often be found working remotely all over the world – from her hometown Christchurch in New Zealand, to San Diego, to London, and even the Sahara Desert in Morocoo!).
This level of trust and autonomy means that you need to be a driven person, that is not afraid to take initative and use your own judgement. We love to see our team members come up with new, innovative ideas and to see their talents shine.

Having a background in ecommerce is helpful, but it isn’t necessary. Having a natural (or learned) talent in a core skill that can be applied is much more important!

Having initiative means that because you know you’re good at what you do, you aren’t afraid to tackle new projects and complete them without having your hand held. FC Media’s director, Sarah, is often busy (and traveling!) so sometimes communication can be delayed. In these cases, you aren’t afraid to “give a project a go” in the meantime.
